Hello Huskies.
Here is a look at The Week Ahead:
- This week we will be following these bell schedules:
Monday - Late Start Schedule
Tuesday - Regular Schedule
Wednesday - Regular Schedule
Thursday - Regular Schedule
Friday - Regular Schedule
- Save the date, Prom 2026 is April 25th at the Cerritos Performing Arts Center. We look forward to an amazing night. Tickets will go on sale starting this week 3/25 & 3/26!
- March 24th is the bus sign up day for senior trips- Disneyland & Elementary Grad walk. If students are participating in these trips, they must have a permission slip when they come to ASB on March 24th to sign up. Sign ups for the elementary grad walk are a first come first serve basis and spots for some schools will fill up fast.
Permission slips can be found in the senior Google Classroom.
- FAFSA Grad Ticket Confirmations (1 Free Grad Ticket) are due Friday 3/27/26, by 4:00pm to Counseling office. No extensions will be made. See Senior Google classroom for instructions.
- Alternative Credits Forms (Summer School Permission Slips) are due Friday 3/27/26 to the counseling office. We will not accept forms turned in late, and you cannot take a summer school course without prior approval.
- Friday marks the end of the 12-week grading period for 2nd semester. Make sure you check your Aeries Portal for the most up-to-date grades. Free, online 1-to-1 tutoring is available to students via the Tutor.com app on ClassLink. There are also several on campus tutoring options available.
- We have been seeing incidents involving students selling various items on campus. This is not allowed. Any students caught attempting to sell items on campus will have those items confiscated and additional consequences will apply. This is a HUGE safety issue and students may be selling items that cause allergic reactions to other students.
- Seniors: Attendance is a concern with you guys this year. I have had a lot of students ask what percentage you need to meet in order to graduate. Here is what i am going to say to that... Come to school every day like you are supposed to. Being a Senior doesnt mean you can skip classes and/or school and there is no such thing as Senior Ditch Day. That is NOT a Senior Activity. Show some pride in how you lead the younger students and how you finish your high school career. We are Huskies and we dont do what everyone else does, we do what is right.
- Please remember to follow our school wide behavior expectations to Be Respectful, Be Responsible, and Be Safe.
