Enter campus @ Husky Student Entrance and start in the large gym

Station 1- DATA CONFIRMATION/DISTRICT FORMS:  

District forms will be completed online. Complete all forms via Aeries. Students will not be allowed to go through the process unless all forms have been completed via Aeries. Parents will be asked to complete the data confirmation process. Students may then come back to go through processing.

Station 2- Registration Packages/ASB card, Yearbook, Forms &Spirit wear

PARKING PERMITS (Seniors & Juniors ONLY): Parking permits can be picked up during processing. Parking permits will be available for purchase starting August 4th through the webstore & in person at the Student Store. You must bring copies of: 1) Parking Lot Contract (signed by parent), 2) Student Driver’s License, 3) Current vehicle registration, and 4) Current Car Insurance.

Renaissance cards will be issued during the start of the school year to ASB card holders only.  CARD LEVELS: Silver card–3.75 GPA and above, Green–3.0-3.74 GPA, & Blue-2.5-2.99

Station 3- ID/ASB Cards

Students who purchased an ASB card will pick it up at station 3 with proof of purchase. ID cards will be given to all students. It is required that ALL students carry their CHHS ID card with them at all time. If students took a yearbook picture with CVUSD during  the 2024-2025 school year this picture will be use and pre-printed. If needed, students will take photos for ID’s at station 3. Students must be present to pick up, parents may not pick up ID’s for students.

Station 4- Library

Students will use their new ID to check out their textbooks. Students who do not have a current ID card from station 3 will not be able to check out books. Students who have not returned textbooks from the previous school year will not be able to check out textbooks/chrome books. Please bring any overdue textbooks with you to registration.

If students attend on the registration day for their grade level they will be given a list of courses they are enrolled in for 2025-2026.
